Associated Charities has over 100 years of history serving the residents of Ashland County. We intend to continue that mission for the next 100 years and beyond. 

Your support would help to provide food, shelter and utilities to those who find themselves in emergency situations. When people are down and discouraged, a contribution becomes the hope they are looking for. We are community helping community.

Your gifts helped 948 people with heating, electric, and water bills as well as housing assistance in 2023.

From 2022 to 2023, Associated Charities saw a 53% increase in need for help with financial assistance for housing and utilities.

Because of our community’s generosity, 1200 pair of shoes and 240 coats were given to families in 2023. We were able to help 1250 kids with school supplies and gave out 750 Christmas toys as well.

There was a significant increase in the number of people receiving food from 2022 to 2023. In 2023, 14,808 people received food, a 51% increase over 2022.
