Your donation, no matter the size, makes a difference in ways that are sometimes completely unexpected. An older lady and her husband came in for food the other week and she mentioned she loved to color. Since we had books we got her a couple and a new box of crayons. She came in last week for Easter food and related to me that she had cried when she got home the week before with her food – she was so grateful for not only the bag of food, but the coloring books and box of crayons.
